Ongoing Appointment Full Time - 80 Hours + ADO Classification HS6 Located at The Alfred THE DEPARTMENT Digital Health is responsible for enabling clinical staff to deliver timely, quality care to our patients and carers through innovative use of information technologies, and through strategic management of information and data across the organisation.Digital Health encompasses all aspects of: procurement, delivery, security and support. Electronic Medical Record design, development and support, including the electronic Timely Quality Care Program General applications support Data Governance and Security POSITION SUMMARYThe Governance, Risk, and Compliance Team Leader is responsible for managing Alfred Health’s Digital Health Governance, Risk and Compliance team. The role is accountable for the development, maintenance and execution of Alfred Health’s Digital Health cyber security framework, policies and standards, IT risk management and compliance frameworks and processes, including assessing and documenting Alfred Health’s Cyber Security risk, tracking and reporting on risks and remediation activities. The purpose of this position is to provide highly skilled information security expertise and risk evaluation skills for the development and implementation of the information security risk management program.QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Education&Certification: Tertiary qualification in IT, Cybersecurity and/or appropriate hand-on industry experience Experience building and leading a Governance, Risk and Compliance team across a mixture of risk, audit, assurance, compliance reporting, and system development, utilisation, implementation and management.Demonstrated experience and a strong understanding of governance requirements, and the practical transition of these requirements into business frameworks and processes. Demonstrated experience implementing and using various technology and security solutions and architecture, Understanding of risks of operating Operational Technology (OT) and medical technologies is advantageous.Experience performing information security audits Demonstrated understanding of cyber security standards and regulations ITIL Foundation certificate.
