                     As a Support Worker you will provide tasks such as domestic assistance, intimate personal care, transportation, implement health and wellbeing initiatives and services that support our clients care plans. This innovation of services means we now need more Support Workers to join us across Australia.                     About the role                    
                          
  • Our team is growing, and we have permanent part time opportunities available- minimum guaranteeof 50 hours per fortnight
  •                       
  • Work and travel around Tweed Heads area will be required
  •                       
  • Base hourly rate of $25.84 plus super and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging
  •

  • Travel allowance of $0.92c per kmand paid travel time between services
  •                       
  • Daily mobile allowance paid when using your own device for work related purposes
  •                     
                     Required skills, experience, and credentials                    
                          
  • Understanding of and a passion for working with the elderly
  •                       
  • Certificate III or higher in Community Care (Medication assist module is desirable)
  •                       
  • Current drivers' licence
  •                       
  • A registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle
  •                       
  • Confidence in using different forms of technology such as a smart phone or tablet
  •                       
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willing to obtain
  •                       
  • A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
  •                       
  • Flexible approach to your availability and open to being rostered within work hours of 7.00 am - 7.00 pm, Monday to Friday
