The Chief Clinical Governance Officer is a critical leadership role central to our delivery of safe, high-quality care to our patients and promoting a culture of clinical excellence and quality across our hospital group. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for: clinical governance and outcomes across our national organisation including national quality and risk systems clinical and corporate incident and complaint management insurance management around clinical and compliance risks group wide clinical policy development and compliance supporting the group's hospital leaders to ensure accreditation compliance participation in the Clinical Reference Group Key Responsibilities Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical governance leadership in the medical sector, aged care, clinical care or relevant industry qualification. Demonstrated history of delivering safe, effective, high quality and innovative clinical governance outcomes Proven experience in the management of incident management, clinical risk mitigation and external regulatory complaint management. Experience in monitoring and conducting accreditation compliance across multiple hospital sites. Outstanding communication and leadership skills. This role will suit someone who is an innovative leader; excited to drive and develop a culture of clinical safety and quality improvement throughout a dispersed organisation.
