About the Position About the jobAs our new full-time Physiotherapist, you will be based out of our Lawson clinic 4 days a week 9 hour days on a flexible schedule, allowing a 36 hour week and amazing work life balance. For Sydney Candidates we can consider sorting accommodation in a long term air BnB on Monday and Thursday nights and have the work week of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday to minimize driving. Driving time from Strathfield to Lawson in 55 mins of calm highway driving. There are so many beautiful hikes near lawson and with Covid running rampant in capital cities, what a great time to slow down and smell the roses in beautiful Lawson.We have 6 clinics across Important Company now and ideally are looking for a senior physio with pilates experience with the goal of buying into the practice considered for the right candidate if they were interested. We are selling our whole company on the 1/7/2025. It's a 3.5 year play, we want to take the space door too and create a beautiful wellness space with infrared suana's, hot/cold showers and 6 reformer pilates bed alongside a fresh juice/smoothie bar.We have recently created an idyllic Salt therapy room as well which is great fo asthma, covid recovery, respiratory issues and skin conditions.Our beautiful Lawson practice is conveniently located within close proximity to the Lawson Railway Station. The area has undergone some major changes over the past few years and provides a tranquil backdrop to our practice, with an abundance of local walking tracks and even a friendly shopping centre!Alongside your daily duties as a Physiotherapist, we want to help you succeed and grow your own clinical specialist interest areas.We would consider a Pt or FT position for the right candidate.DutiesProvide physio / pilates services to clients funded through the NDIS, Medicare, Veterans Affairs, and private clients. 90% pvt clients, 10% workcoverOversee and create Pilates Rehab Programs for clients to do independent sessionsWomens Health skills is a. big bonus but not required and we are happy to fund training in this area for a female physioCollaborate with other members of our Mobile Allied Health team - Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Exercise PhysiologistsDrive internal and external marketing initiatives to build the network as directed and supported by managementLiaison with NDIS and aged care providers and plan managersAwareness of the relevant legislative requirements and governing body reporting responsibilities including essential clinical reports no -- Principals only.
