Your background with full oversight of a portfolio of enterprise programs of early maturity, operating in a similar capacity will be essential to manage portfolio risk management, financials and costs, governance frameworks, reporting, and to enable the success of the funding for Technology and Business programs.Your background Oversight of delivery of the Bank’s project portfolio (typically comprised multiple enterprise projects and programs) within risk appetite, compliant with the organisation’s project management framework. Outstanding leadership, influence, and stakeholder engagement in driving a portfolio of programs to ensure time, cost, risk,and quality parameters are delivered with anticipated business value.Ensure operational accountability regarding people management, budget, and processes. Identify and respond to issues, risks, and opportunities, ensuring appropriate processes are in place. Contribute to the broader strategic direction and leadership of Finance, sharing accountability with other leaders for overall delivery of the Finance strategy.Provide advice and insights and deliver accurate and timely portfolio reporting that contribute to the organisation's strategic goals. Lead the ongoing improvement of the Bank’s Project Management Framework including policies, systems, and processes, ensuring the integrity and suitability of information, as well as compliance with legislative obligations.Your team The Bank’s Enterprise Portfolio Management Office is part of Finance which is responsible for the delivery of a current portfolio of 18 enterprise Technology and Business programs. The teams that you will lead oversee and govern the Bank’s project portfolio, supporting the Investment Committee in allocating the Bank’s resources to the most valuable delivery. You will also lead the Bank’s Change Management Practice. You will partner a significant Change and Project Community across the organisation. As part of the Finance Leadership Team you will collaborate with peers leading Financial and Management Reporting, Financial Control, Procurement and Finance Business Partnering.Why RBA?
