We would love to hear from you!    Various shifts available including AM/PM/ON, with flexibility of days to work within family life – we have also recently introduced short shift / school hours shifts.   About us:  We are a near new aged care home located in Hamlyn Terrace on the Central Coast. We are expanding our team & currently have vacancies for Cert 3 & 4 CSE’s (including dementia specific). In this rewarding role you will be working alongside a team of dedicated, friendly staff, in a supportive environment - we have great clinical support on site 24/7 and have very comprehensive COVID policies in place.   About you:  We are currently seeking individuals who can continue our vision to provide high quality care for our beautiful residents. We are seeking motivated individuals with a can do attitude, can show commitment to working positively within a team, acquire empathy, compassion, and are able to display the ability to respond to difficult situations in a calm and sensitive manner.   Requirements: • Complete Certificate III in Aged Care qualification (or equivalent) • Valid working rights in (Citizenship, Birth Certificate, Visa, Right to Work etc.) • Hold a current police check, or willing to gain one. • Have received necessary vaccinations mandated by the Health Department   What we offer:  • In-house and online training programs; including access to an online learning portal for further learning and development • Uniforms provided • Full orientation from commencement of employment • A committed Learning & Development team for ongoing support • Accessible employee wellbeing services   Shift times  • 6.30am – 1pm • 6.30am – 3pm • 8.30am – 1.30pm • 8.30am – 2.30pm • 2.45 – 7.45pm • 2.45pm – 10.30pm • 10.30pm – 6.45am   Casual or permanent full time/part time contracts available for the right candidates.
