Kinesiology is an alternative therapy using muscle testing and a biofeedback system to access the cellular memory, subconscious and energetic patterns to identify imbalances in the mind, body and spirit. We then use energy and other techniques and tools to correct these imbalances. We are trying to find the cause of a problem, not treat the symptom. It is especially good for depression, anxiety, pain, insomnia and other long term issues. For example, if you had a sore neck, Kinesiology would find the cause and correct it.
