About the role              
We are looking for flexible and client-focused people to join our risk and intelligence, frontline or law interpretation business areas. You’ll work with clients to help them meet their tax and superannuation obligations, by providing exceptional service in a multi-channelled environment.              
              
Your duties              
• Provide tailored advice and guidance to clients on a range of tax matters              
• Identify risk and capture intelligence to help formulate treatment strategies              
• Investigate, analyse and research information              
              
Skills and experience              
              
• Confident communicator who achieves quality results              
• Work collaboratively to enhance client experience              
• Can make evidenced-based decisions and complete a range of tasks              
• Knowledge and experience of taxation, superannuation, business, or law is preferred but not essential
