We take pride in being an employer of choice and are proud to have many long-term staff members and long-standing clients we are fortunate to be able to work with.  A busy, reputable security company with excellent hourly rates (based on Dominance Guardian Services Enterprise Agreement), great staff and a great culture requires enthusiastic crowd controllers for work in high end Gaming Venues in Melbourne's Eastern and South Eastern suburbs. Due to growth within the company, we have multiple positions available for hard-working, dedicated and professional Security Guards to work at our many venues and sites located across all areas of Melbourne.  These positions require weekend availability, and the opportunity is available for ongoing weekday hours for the right candidates. We are looking for people who have great communication skills, are well presented, have a strong work ethic, are dedicated to providing a high level of customer and are able to work as part of a team.  Our staff enjoy dealing with the public and have an excellent grasp of both spoken and written English. We take pride in our ongoing training and internal development and support programs for our staff but all applicants as a minimum must meet the following criteria: Current Victorian Crowd Control/Security licence   Own reliable transport Conflict resolution skills Ability to communicate and work with people from all walks of life Minimum 1 year crowd control experience Current Victorian Gaming licence (preferred but not essential) Current White Card (preferred but not essential) Current Rail Card (preferred but not essential) What we offer: Excellent rates Flexible hours (potential for full time hours if desired) Regular locations In-house training and staff development programs Opportunities for advancement Applicants should as a minimum be available for work on Saturday and Sunday nights.
