We provide integrated strategy, management and technical consulting solutions to clients within the energy, infrastructure and resources sectors. As a Principal Consultant in our Perth Safety&Risk Team, you will primarily manage resources to deliver exceptional safety and risk solutions for our clients across an incredibly diverse range of projects including Hydrogen, Oil&Gas and Mining&Metals. Through the continual development of relationships with our clients, you will contribute to broader programs and initiatives that support the building of Advisian's market share and reputation. Day to day, you will have a lead role within an amazing team of experienced risk and safety engineers. You will be comfortable:Facilitating workshops including HAZID, HAZOP and LOPA. Delivering formal safety studies, including: Consequence Assessments, Fire Safety Studies, Escape and Muster Studies and Equipment Survivability Studies Qualitative and quantitative risk assessments Engaging with our clients to deliver best practice outcomes and ensure that risks have been demonstrably reduced to SFAIRPTo be successful in the role, it is envisaged that you will have the following: Extensive, relevant safety&risk experience A recognised degree in chemical, process or mechanical engineering Formal HAZOP and Functional Safety qualifications Demonstrable knowledge of the fundamentals of safety&risk engineering Working knowledge of DNV PHAST software Knowledge of applicable local/international standards, statutory and regulatory specifications Experience in the Oil&Gas, Mining and Chemical industries You will benefit from: A diverse team environment working with inspiring and talented people across a range of sectors A culture where are people are keen to contribute their ideas - we are all innovators Unparalleled opportunities for professional and personal development and career growth Exposure to a large variety of challenging projects of different sizes covering all major industry sectors, including renewable energy, infrastructure, mining and oil&gas What we offer you Providing an agile culture and challenging work opportunities results in a positive work environment.
