About the Position About this opportunityKookabrurra Kids Foundation have 3 core programs which are;Activity Days full & half days mainly held on weekends where young people and volunteers enjoy doing an activity together eg.owling, going to a Zoo, adventure experience, cruises, movies, arcade games etcCamps are over a weekend from a Friday afternoon through to a Sunday afternoon.ur volunteers are allocated a small group of young people to be with and participate in activities for young people whilst on camp.p>Connect is an online chat group for volunteers to facilitate.hese are run during the week from Tuesdays 4pm, 7pm and 8pm.ednesdays and Thursdays from 7pm and 8pm.p>All these programs are flexible for volunteers to sign up to via volunteer app according to their availability and interest in the program.p>BenefitsAssist and support young people.r>Have fun doing their volunteer role and experience new adventures with the activity and food paid for.r>Gain experience and new skills in an area they are in studying or looking to work in.r>Make new friends.r>Help young people in their community.r>Some transport costs saved with buses provided to and from the program.r>AKKF shirt, hat and face mask.p>Additional requirements National Police Certificate .br> be arranged via the Organisation.etails to be provided on expression of interest.r> no -- Principals only.
