Your new company

Our valued client is a Lending Specialist who can assess, approve and manage loans in-house. Established in just over 30 years ago, they have been active in the lending community since then, partnering with well know organisations and groups to provide cost effective and tailored loans to their customers.

Your new role

Our client has networking channels in which to meet new potential customers. You'll conduct face-to-face meet-and-greats twice a week to meet prospective new loan customers, assessing their needs and consulting them on a tailored lending option. You'll be busy on the phones - speaking with customers, then holding face-to-face appointments to consult and guide them through the loan process - from application to settlement.

Your efforts will be reflected and incentivised in the bonus structure on offer which is broken into three parts. The role is paying a base of between $70,000 - $90,000 plus super as well as a bonus structure payable quarterly, which equates to an on-target performance bonus of $43,000 per annum.

Hours of work are 10am - 7pm Monday-Thursday and Friday 10am-5pm and you'll be required to work from the office for at least the first three months.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the role you will have a lending or banking background. You can give examples of success providing a customer-centric . You'll be interested in a role that requires resilience, hunger to succeed and requires you to be able to troubleshoot/be a self-starter. Company training will be provided to the new hire on systems and sales techniques.
