Your new role Responsibilities will include; Electrical design of MV, LV, underground mining and custom switchgear solutions Electrical engineering design of LV pump control systems Perform engineering design for customer contracts as required by the scope of works. Clarify scope and technical issues with customer as required in capacity of Job Owner Providing leadership and direction to a small team of designers, engineers, and draftspersonsReview of engineered drawings and sign off on designs Contributing to a zero-harm safety culture Managing turnkey projects including manufactured switchgear products, automation and control, site services, site installation and commissioning ensuring they are running to time and budget expectationsPreparation of bill of materials and procurement of parts Provide regular updates, including written reports, to management What you'll need to succeed Our successful candidate will have; Degree in Electrical Engineering Experience in control and protection, design and configuration of pump controlsystems AutoCAD experience in the design of MV, LV, underground mining and custom LV pump control systems Design drafting experience of single lines, schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, termination diagrams, sheet metal layouts and general arrangements within a commercial environment The ability to continuously drive performance while promoting innovation and growth Exceptionally high attention to detail Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of Australian Standards Previous project management experience will be highly regarded 5- 10 years of experience in similar roles.
