Senior Civil Engineer/ Designer

to join our vibrant and enthusiastic team based in

Melbourne . You are proactive, driven and experienced engineer to own and deliver projects and bring fresh ideas to enhance the way we work. What will I do? Undertake design and technical consultation in areas such as roads and earthworks, pavements, stormwater including WSUD, flood risk management and utilities;Involved in leading the civil design on small and medium sized projects, as well as being responsible for specific elements of large projects; Ability to be across client liaison, design, technical documentation, reporting, cost estimates, and tender submissions; Responsible for scheduling work to meet deadlines, monitoring budgets and resourcing and controlling expenditure to meet financial targets in your own area; andOverseeing performance and development of others through providing guidance, training, direction and feedback. What will I bring? Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering including relevant industry experience in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on designing roads, drainage, WSUD elements and utilities within a consulting business environment;Experience in the operation of software design tools including 12D and/or Civil 3D, and in the operation of AutoCAD on Infrastructure projects would be advantageous; Desire to excel and thrive in a team-based environment; and Fantastic interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
