About the Position Senior Structural Engineers - lead a team within a small consultancy who specialise in luxury home designs
Your new company
Our client is based in Sydney and has been operational for the past six years. This position has become available as the consultancy is growing due to project wins. This consultancy specialise in luxury homes and signage.

Your new role
This is a technical role where the majority of your time will be spent designing building structures of varied size and functionality. You will be an integral leader and be responsible for signing off all project designs from the junior engineers. You will need to be proactive in your communication and have a can do attitude with regard to providing solutions to problems.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need approximately 5-8 years of experience in building design covering a range of projects from luxury homes and residential. Knowledge of the Sydney market and Australian is also imperative to this role as you will have great autonomy in the projects you work on. You will be managing a team, so prior experience managing is essential. Previous experience in a client facing role will be beneficial, but this is not essential for the role.
