We have several offices throughout and are looking for a highly motivated Experienced MicroStation Drafter to join our Drafting & Design team in Melbourne.

Your new role
In this role, you will work on major infrastructure projects and gain valuable experience in a variety of engineering streams. Under the guidance of our senior engineers, you will learn to design using different materials and contribute to delivering practical solutions. You will be assigned a career coach to mentor your development and guide your project involvement.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a candidate with extensive knowledge and experience in using Bentley MicroStation and/or AutoCAD in 2D and 3D. You should also have solid experience in bridge technical drawing and drafting supporting project delivery of infrastructure projects. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to build relationships with multiple stakeholders. You should also have experience in delivering projects within short time frames.
