Key Responsibilities Leadership, growth and development of the business unit Attracting new clients and marketing services Client management and developing long-term relationships Procuring work to meet revenue targets Completing fee proposals, tender submissions, and expressions of interest Management and execution of projects Setting and implementing recruitment strategies Mentoring, training, and developing team members. What you'll need to succeed Civil engineering degree Strong technical knowledge and experience in civil engineering principles and practices Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of engineers and technical staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritise and delegate effectively, and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks and ensure quality control.
