About the role:

This is a strategic and consultative sales role and you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and increasing volume and profitability of business.

Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Acheiving sales budget for financing and leasing Visiting dealerships across Melbourne and developing and maintaining strong relationships Delivering sales training and coaching staff Regular dealership visitations and reviews within national standard. Identifying negative trends in Dealer performance and implementing corrective strategies.About you:

Experienced in training and coaching staff in sales and leasing Previous experience in a fast-paced environment managing large key accounts Knowledge of the Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing Industry Professional communication and interpersonal skills How to apply:
