Acting as the key coaching and implementation support for the national Advice Services team, you will provide oversight across staff coaching and development to enhance knowledge and performance across our team. Other key responsibilities within this role will include:
- Creation, development, and maintenance of resources for Client Associates, Paraplanners and Fees Analysts to assist in their understanding and implementation of standard processes and procedures. This will cover new projects, regulatory changes, BAU updates and digital improvements that impact the Advice Services team
- Providing national onboarding training for the Advice Services team; including product, trading, all relevant systems including Xplan, processes and procedures
- Delivery of one to many and 1:1 updates and information sessions as required
- Responsible for Xplan system training for Client Service Associates, para-planners and bankers (if required)
- Provide coaching on support related activities for the production of Fee Disclosure Statement / Opt-in and Advice Fee Consents
- Working with our State based Client Service leaders to identify need-based training opportunities
- Driving consistency of processes and identifying and implementing opportunities to improve team and business efficiency
- Responsible for the maintenance and improvements of the procedures documentation used across Advice Services (note: temporary due to a current secondment)
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining relevant Xplan workflow (and in the future Salesforce) templates used by Client Service Associates
- Design, implement and maintain standardised process maps, workflows and reporting dashboards within Salesforce
- Responsible for the Advice Services content on the Private Bank Hub sharepoint site
To be successful in this position, you will have prior experience in a Wealth or Financial Planning operational leadership or training role with an understanding of financial markets, products and industry trends. You will be confident in coaching and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in order to establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders. You will display effective planning skills with a strong detail focus and have an intuitive and innovative approach to your work. In addition, you will ideally have experience with XPlan with a completed RG146.
