We aim to develop programs that have measurable effects, not only on our people, their behaviour and their performance but has a positive impact on our community and organisations they work for.About the role: Due to an increased growth and demand in Sydney metro, we now have a variety of roles including Full Time, Part time, Casual and Contractor positions (Monday – Friday). We are seeking qualified and experience trainers to deliver and assess the following qualifications:
Language and Literacy – Foundation Skills Package.
The ability to deliver high quality, compliant and engaging sessions is vital, while ensuring appropriate assessment systems are in place that allow each person to attain relevant qualifications.We offer permanent ongoing positions with flexibility, ongoing learning and development. You’ll be joining a supportive and hard-working team.Training will occur at each client’s work location or online around Sydney metro. The ability to travel around Sydney metro from time to time would also be viewed favourably.About you: As someone who is passionate about their own learning and development, you love helping others learn and giving back to the community.You are a clear communicator with experience working or interacting with people from disadvantaged backgrounds with low levels of education and learning.You also don’t mind driving around Sydney metro to ensure our courses are delivered when and where they’re required.About your qualifications:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment -TAE40116 (including the FSK Skillset).
Qualifications equal to or above the level of delivery of training
Extensive industry experience.
Demonstrated experience delivering accredited vocational training
Ability to engage all learner types and levels
Ability to work unsupervised and good time management skills
Ability to captivate, retain, and provide engaging training including Virtual Delivery
Ability to build supportive relationships with students
Moderate computer literacy including MS Office suite
Current Driving Licence
National Police Check
