Job OverviewOur client, a progressive and fast-growing RTO, has a fantastic opportunity available for leadership and management trainers/assessors based in Sydney. Due to an increased demand for courses, our client is adding the following courses to their scope:
BSB50420 – Diploma of Leadership and management
Now, they are looking for a qualified and competent trainer who would love to join the academic team to train and assess the qualification once approved. Duties and Responsibilities
Provide training that engages and supports the student to progress through their course
Provide a positive and engaging learning environment to the students
Assess and address the varied learning needs of each student
Delivering and assessing units of competency in accordance with training standard requirements
Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures
Contribute to the development of courses in a team environment to foster a culture that embraces continuous improvement and best practice
About You
Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE 40116)
Leadership and management qualification (minimum Cert III or higher)
Relevant VET industry qualifications and teaching experience
Experience conducting engaging training sessions to a diverse range of students
