One of the proud CRICOS provider in Sydney and  is looking for qualified trainers and assessors in the Leisure and Health sector.Full time or part time positions are available immediately for candidates who can train and assess all the qualifications listed below:Certificate IV in Leisure and HealthDiploma in Leisure and HealthApplicants must hold the current Certificate for the qualification or be in the process of upgrading to the latest qualification CHC43415 (Certificate IV in Leisure and Health) and CHC53415 (Diploma in Leisure and Health), as well as have vocational competencies to the level being delivered and assessed.The potential candidate must have:Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent upgrade (essential)Current industry experience in Leisure and HealthExperienced in designing, delivering training programs and conducting assessments to various students from different cultural backgrounds.Good administrative skills in terms of training delivery, reporting and schedule management.Capability to manage and set-up a proper conduct of a classroom.A clear and reportable professional development planExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIf you are interested, please send us a one-page cover letter explaining why you are suitable for this role and how you could add value to our college along with your resume and supporting qualifications.
