About the Position                  

                    We are seeking entry-level results driven Software Training&Process Consultants to educate our customers on how to navigate, use and implement our web-based recruitment and applicant tracking software into their every day business workflow.                    
                    
Responsibilities:                    
                    
Ensure customer success by acting as a trusted advisor to our customers. Ensuring the software onboarding and customization process meets the customer’s goals and offers the full benefits of the PCRecruiter software.                    
                    
Support and assist with process improvement workflows for our clients using our recruitment and applicant tracking software.                    
                    
Create training and consultation plans to address customer training and implementation needs.                    
                    
Build successful relationships with customers through positive interaction during training sessions.                    
                    
Provide ongoing training and support through phone, email, chat and video conferencing.                    
                    
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.                    
                    
Skills:                    
                    
Critical thinking skills with the ability to problem solve quickly.                    
                    
Being able to efficiently assess, understand and improve daily workflows.                    
                    
Confident and professional phone demeanor.                    
                    
Customer , client relations or service support experience are a plus.                    
                    
Comfort and competence with Windows and Mac OS, Google Chrome.                    
                    
The ability to effectively manage time and work with multiple projects simultaneously.
