Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Business Director, your role as Researcher will be responsible for proactively creating a pipeline of candidates through a variety of attraction strategies and mapping activities. You'll be required to engage with a diverse range of professionals generated from an unrivalled referral network and extensive database. Our unparalleled brand and resources will enable you to identify and engage with the top executives.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates seeking a career in talent management and recruitment would be of interest. This role will see you having direct involvement with Hays clients and candidates, so the ability to develop relationships based on your exceptional communication skills will be highly regarded.
