About the Position                  

                    Subject matter experts required for Marine Engineer, Weapons  and Communications training courses                    
Your new company
Our client is an International subcontractor in the growing Australian Defence industry. Following a large project win and future growth plans, they are now seeking to build a team of instructors in Sydney in permanent positions.

Your new role
Working as a team member, you will delivery of high level of administrative functions in accordance to strict ADF processes. Positions are available in senior and junior level positions and as such tasks will be varied but may include the following:                    

                      
• Deliver various courses from a suite of training in face-to-face and eLearning formats
                      
• Act as a subject matter expert in a range of courses, focusing in either Marine Engineering, Weapons Engineering or Communications
                      
• Manage pre-course preparation, use of training aids and complete student progress reports
                      
• Implement improvements and updates to course material and training aids
                      
• Establish and sustain business relationships with customers
                    

                    
What you'll need to succeed                    
                    

                      
• Ideally hold an active Australian Defence Clearance, or one able to be reinstated
                      
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
                      
• Ideally be a subject mater expert in a technical area of Defence, such as Marine Engineer, Weapons Engineering, Communications, Maintenance Technicians, etc.
