About the Role:We are seeking an educator that holds their Diploma in Early Childhood and Education and is at least halfway through their Bachelor of Education OR holds their Bachelor of Education to join our friendly team in Caringbah.Requirements:
Good organisation skills and good leadership skills
Preferred experience however happy for graduates new to the industry
Knowledge and interest in EYLF style programming & emergent curriculum
Preferred Sound knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and Children Education and Care Services National Law.
Ability to provide high-quality care and education
Professional attitude, effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Extensive knowledge of child development 0-6yrs
Energetic, enthusiastic, happy, honest, patient & and understanding person
Committed to the job, friendly, patient and eager to work with children.Essential Criteria:
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood and Education and at least halfway through their Bachelor of Education OR hold their Bachelor of Education.
Current Working With Children Clearance Check.
Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training.
Current Child Protection Training.
Previous experience working with children 0-6 years old.
Proven ability to implement and contribute to the EYLF.
Demonstrated experience in the National Quality Standards.
