Vision Personal Training Engadine is looking for experienced trainers to join our growing team! Vision Engadine's goal is to provide 'the best' Personal Training services to our clients whilst providing career development and opportunities for our trainers.  Engadine's franchise owner Nathan knows first hand what it is like to develop his career with Vision Personal Training, staring out as a mentee in 2010 to becoming  an owner in 2015 and growing the Engadine studio from there. He has worked tirelessly to develop his team from mentees through to trainers  that have now become Master Trainers, Managers and Franchise Owners. Along with Vision Personal Training 2022 Network Manager of the Year. Our Trainers find the best way to inspire clients within our studios with one of the best systems in the world which allows us to deliver the very best 1 on 1 Personal Training.                  
                      
  • You won’t be required to pay rent
    •                   
  • You will earn $450 per week from day one, As we mentor you to learn our Vision systems while we build your database of clients.
    •                   
  • We handle your PAYG & Super along with opportunities to earn commissions.
    •                   
  • We provide your uniforms & business cardsIf you have a strong work ethic and a can do attitude and you love the fitness industry & want a long term career– we want to hear from you!

Applicants must have:                  
                      
  • Certificate 4 in Fitness
    •                   
  • Senior First Aid certificate and CPR/AED certification
    •                   
  • Genuine passion for personal growth and development
    •                   
  • Be part of a team, learning together, training together and having fun together.Vision's Career Path like none other, Ability to progress from Personal Trainer to Senior Trainer and Master Trainer or to Manager to Franchise Owner.
