We help our team and our children blossom into the best version of themselves through our friendly and nurturing culture.  We are looking for a lovely, enthusiastic staff member to join our team and work alongside our lovely directors to assist in the running of the Preschool Room.  Key Responsibilities Include:                    
                  
                        
  • Develop, plan and implement a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework
    •                     
  • Monitor and document children's progress & individual children's portfolios
    •                     
  • Mentor and guide less experience staff within the centre
    •                     
  • Develop open communication channels with staff, children and families of the centre.
    •                     
  • Contribute to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
    •                     
  • Comply with the centres policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
    •                     
  • Assisting children with their daily routines & support them in their learning
    •                     
  •  Create a stimulating environment to foster & support children's development
    •                     
  • Is familiar with the national quality framework, supporting educators in the quality improvement plan
    •                     
  • Must be familiar with using an app for programming purposes as well as with computers 
    •                     
  • Must obtain first aid/ CPR/ Anaphylaxis certificates 
    •                     
  • Must obtain working with children's check
    •                     
  • Good written and verbal communication skills 
    •
