Tutors and coaches are in high demand on Learnmate and we have implemented the MOST REWARDING commission fee structure in the industry to ensure you’re properly rewarded for your knowledge, skill and experience. You don’t need to giveaway 33%, 44%, 50% or even 60% of your hard-earned revenue. Commission fees on Learnmate range from 22.5-30% depending on your account tier, which is aligned to how many hours you have completed on Learnmate. How does it work? About You Learnmate tutors are individuals who have experience, a track record of achievement and who are passionate and well-equipped to help others do the same. You’re a self-motivated and enthusiastic high achiever, teacher, business coach or professional who wants to help others succeed. You have knowledge, skills, experience and resources to share that you have obtained during high school, university and/or your professional career. You also fulfil these additional requirements:
18+ years old
Availability to commit to a >3 hours per week
Ideally able to tutor in-person in but largely online
Have excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language
Self-equipped, prepared, enthusiastic, engaging and personable
Capable of working without supervision
Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (inc. New Zealand Citizens)
