You will have a strong record of delivering high quality learning and teaching in learning sciences, child development, and individual differences in academic skill development. If you are an excellent communicator with a proactive nature, are flexible, confident to lead teaching teams, and excellent organisational and time management skills, then this is a role that will suit you. ABOUT YOU You will have a PhD in Educational Psychology or Developmental Psychology. You will have a strong record of delivering high quality learning and teaching in learning sciences, child development, individual differences in academic skill development, or interventions to support learning or mental health in schools. Selection Criteria for Senior Lecturer (Level C): PhD in Educational Psychology/Learner development with several years of relevant post-PhD professional experience; Mastery of Educational Psychology and learner development content demonstrating the capacity to design innovate curriculum; Track-record of outstanding teaching of Educational Psychology and learner development at university level ; Demonstrated educational leadership experience including the ability to successfully lead large teaching teams; Demonstrated commitment to principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion; Track-record of making leadership contributions to University administration; Adaptability, flexibility, resilience, organisation and collaboration capabilities. *Note, this position will require a Working with Children Check Clearance.
