We are currently recruiting EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER to work in Kindy room (4-5) at an amazing Early learning Centre in Seven Hills. This centres approach is to foster the belief that the child, parent, community, and environment are all essential to the learning process. Their philosophy is not just theoretical they live and breathe it.

Your new role

As a teacher in the Kindy Room (4-5) you will play many roles, teacher, co-learner, or researcher, depending on what Children need to support their holistic learning and development. You will have the opportunity to mentor and guide educators under your wings to take a holistic approach to teaching and learning encompassing age appropriate and tailored methodologies which caters for each child's unique individuality and development.

What you'll need to succeed

                    

                      
• Bachelor (Early childhood education) approved by ACECQA.
                      
• Minimum 2 years' experience working as an ECT.
                      
• Proven experience to build positive relationships with early childhood professionals, families, children, and wider community.
                      
• Be ready to implement contemporary evidence-informed pedagogy.
                      
• Be open to their unique way for programming and practice.
