About the Position                  

                    Teaching Director at Exceeding 29 place Preschool, Wonderfully supportive owner and established team, $90k                    
Your new company
This beautiful 29 place Preschool located in St. Leonards is linked to a long day care  in the property next door. The owner has created a lovely transition program for the children to move up to the Preschool house at 3/4 years old (based on individual needs) to encourage school readiness and support their transition to school.

Your new role
As Teaching Director, you will be responsible for day to day operations of this 29 place 3-5 service. You will manage their compliance, roster and QIP as well overseeing the curriculum and supporting staff and families.

The role does not require you to be group leader, you will be present on the floor for approx and hour in the morning and late afternoon to support with opening and pick ups. This will enable you to effectively lead the team and build strong bonds with families.

What you'll need to succeed

                    

                      
• A Diploma or ECT qualification
                      
• Leadership experience in Early Childhood
                      
• The ability to work full time in St. Leonards
                      
• A strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and regulations / compliance.
