Our Digital Programs team within GTP is currently recruiting at scale to deliver on high profile and exciting large scale digital transformation programs.

                    About You

You will be able to demonstrate previous Agile Coaching experience across multiple product teams as well as an ability to work with and influence senior leaders. You will be an exceptional communicator, well versed in a variety of agile principles and associated methodologies (Lean, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban etc). You will be self-motivated and have demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in a high-pressured, deadline driven environment.                    
                        
  • Preferably you have first-hand experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Scrum Master.
  •                     
  • Experience coaching a cross-disciplinary teams with Product Managers, Designers, Content Designers, Engineers
  •                     
  • You are a natural leader, prior management experience of Digital Coaching teams (Iteration Managers / Scrum Masters) is desirable.
  •                     
  • You are highly effective at building partnerships within teams and across an organisation, with the ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
  •                     
  • You have experience working in teams to solve challenging problems in a complex, enterprise environment.

                    About the Role

The program is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive ongoing collaboration and an Agile mindset across the whole Licensing Program both individually and through a team of highly skilled Iteration Managers / Scrum Masters (Team of 8). The Coaching Team supports product teams, senior leadership team and everyone in between, you will work closely with everyone across the program to help nurture a culture of continuous improvement. You will assist in helping establish key measures of success and work with the teams to help demonstrate the improvements.

You will support your team in identifying maturity of each of the Product team's in relation to agile ways of working - for some teams it could be support inception and establishment of a new team to supporting dedicated long-lived team to continually improve and establish new best practices to further refine their ways of working.

You will be a role model for agile(development)within the organisation, ensuring that all stakeholders understand the agile principles and the part they need to play to contribute to achieving successful outcomes for our customers.

                    The Licensing Program is key to DCS' vision to be the world's most customer centric government. It is our aim to engage through delivering smarter, user orientated digital solutions, reducing red tape, enhancing business productivity and protecting NSW communities.

The Licensing Program's goal is to create end to end digital vocational licences from application and processing through to a digital licence on a customer's phone. Replacing manual processes and products will increase the productivity of customers and agencies, contributing significant economic benefits to NSW.
