The opportunity Join us in a growth-focused customer role that supports existing and potential Bupa customers. You'll work on-site at a key educational partner (Central University) and from home, helping overseas and domestic students, and staff. Grow sales opportunities and promote Bupa's product suite to ensure we continue delivering health and care offerings strategically. This full-time role based in Sydney is perfect for a recent graduate who speaks a second language. Work regular hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm! A previous student from Central Queensland University is highly valued. How will I help? You will add value by:
Promote and sell Bupa's products to generate revenue opportunities
Resolve customer enquiries quickly and efficiently with a strong sense of urgency
Attend and participate in on-campus events and promotions to promote Bupa as a health and care provider
Support student enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
Up-sell Bupa product suite to increase total sales revenue
Monitor and document onsite activities and weekly tasks
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Strong sales and customer service experience required, with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
Business acumen and understanding of the Australian health insurance industry are essential.
Knowledge of the overseas student market or experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to large groups, and fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
