                    Our work environment offers five playrooms and two adjoining playgrounds on a single level. Each playroom has glass sliding doors that open to the outdoor playground. Our curriculum actively promotes each child's social, emotional, physical, language and intellectual development.                    To be successful in the role, we ask that you meet the criterion below:                    

                    
• Early Childhood Teaching qualification (as recognised by ACECQA); New graduates are also welcome;
                    
• NESA Accreditation;
                    
• Experience within an early childhood education setting;
                    
• Ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the Centre for children, your families and your Educator colleagues;
                    
• Practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework;
                    
• Contemporary knowledge of pedagogy;
                    
• A good understanding and awareness of the cultural needs of families;
