Under the Leadership of an inspiring Head of Operations and Area Manager, this is an opportunity to join a dynamic early learning group that is renowned for its passion and practice invested in its people. You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!   • Support educators to assess each child’s learning and development in relation to the approved learning framework, other contemporary theories, and the Thrive Curriculum
  •                     
  • Support educators to critically reflect on each child’s learning and development and on their own pedagogy as part of everyday practice.
  •                     
  • Reflect on educational pedagogy as part of everyday practice
  •                     
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members
  •                     
  • Maintain effective communication with parents
  •                     
  • Uphold strong work values with a focus on being your best by doing your best
  •

  • An Early Childhood Teaching degree
  •                     
  • A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate.
  •                     
  • Valid and current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check and Child Protection Training
  •                     
  • Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
  •                     
  • Experience in programming
  •                     
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families, and colleagues.
