Under the Leadership of an inspiring Head of Operations and Area Manager, this is an opportunity to join a dynamic early learning group that is renowned for its passion and practice invested in its people. You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged! Working at Thrive you will: - Support educators to assess each child’s learning and development in relation to the approved learning framework, other contemporary theories, and the Thrive Curriculum
- Support educators to critically reflect on each child’s learning and development and on their own pedagogy as part of everyday practice.
- Reflect on educational pedagogy as part of everyday practice
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Uphold strong work values with a focus on being your best by doing your best

- A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate.
- Valid and current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check and Child Protection Training
- Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Experience in programming
- The ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families, and colleagues.
