Reporting to the Director Clinical Operations, you will support the set-up and execution of clinical investigations of Cochlear implant systems, working closely with key stakeholders including our regional research teams based around the world, contract research organisations (CRO) and other external and internal partners.In this role you will also work with the clinical studies Operations teams to assist with the maintenance of an electronic filing system and ensure consistent migration and collection of all documents, following processes and naming conventions. About you As we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers.To add value to Cochlear in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree in biology, health, bioengineering or other life sciences Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate or Research Coordinator Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and collaborative nature.Ability to work independently, coupled with management and organisational skills. Meticulous and detail oriented. Working knowledge of regulatory context, Good Clinical Practices, ISO 14155:2020 and standard operating procedures. Experience writing scientific documents Confident user of Microsoft office and Familiarity with Veeva eTMF, Rave EDC, Confluence, Jira highly desirableCochlear’s mission is to help more people to hear.
