Job title: Assistant of Asset and Property Development Based in: Burwood Job responsibilities: Reporting to the Managing Director and Senior Manager - Property & Assets, this varied role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation, administration, and project management within the property portfolios of Ouson Group. You will be responsible for:
Assist in the coordination of repairs and maintenance of buildings and equipment.
Contractor management, liaising with vendors and suppliers including quotations, site inspections, etc.
Support and manage property and facilities management providers with a strong focus on optimizing asset performance.
Assisting with lease administration, prospect tenants seeking, and any lease management-associated matters
Assisting in negotiations of lease options and renewals, including liaising with legal teams, landlords, and property managers
Assisting the cash flow, budget, and cost control of assets owned and managed by the organization
Assisting existing tenants in a professional way on any facility-related matters
Providing accurate and timely financial property reporting and analysis
Responding to ongoing organization needs to achieve organization goals.
Providing support to the wider Property development & Asset Management team as required
Assist in project feasibility and research.
Be involved in different types of development projects, apartments, retail centers, community hub, etc.
Working with a prestigious highly regarded team, collaborating with professional architectures, builders and other related expertise.
Ad hoc duties as required by Managing Director and Asset Managers
Requirements:
Bachelor of Property, construction, valuations, architecture, or similar
Demonstrated experience in a role within Property, Asset, and infrastructure management
Positive attitude, great initiative, and the ability to hit the ground running.
Think creatively but have meticulous attention to detail.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to meet objectives, and targets and deliver business plan strategies
Ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
Have honesty, integrity, and a sound work ethic.
Strong in communication skills both written and verbal
