The opportunity This new role is part of our continued growth. You’ll work in a collaborative, engaged and supportive team. Your expertise will help us set “best practice” standards that are fit for purpose.Use your business acumen to understand business objectives and requirements and align this to the right technology solutions. Working with a wide variety of stakeholders, you’ll provide technical leadership to the delivery of projects.Key accountabilities will include (but are not limited to): Design and develop“best fit” system and security solutions Develop technical specifications for systems, including hardware, software and network infrastructure Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams to develop solutions architectureEvaluate solutions that meet or improve system performance, reliability and security Build solution roadmaps, requirement mapping, system management plans and deployment artifacts Lead the implementation of solutions in a project stream and manage risks and issues Develop low and high-level design security solution architecture documentsFoster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration between all stakeholders including a multi–vendor environment to deliver secured platforms with a member first mindset What you'll bring You will bring your passion and experience for designing solutions enterprise-wide in a complex regulatory environment. We are looking for someone who can bring a strategic vision to our technology andhas a proven track record of delivering successful projects. You will have experience with cloud hosted and on-premises services. You will be able to apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills both internally and with our vendors and external partners. You will be a good communicator who understands a highly regulated environment including the implications to security and audit compliance.You will be someone who understands security best practice across: Identity and access management Application security, cryptography and protocols Security incident management and monitoring Cyber security network security and cloud security Security laws and compliance Why CareSuper?
