About the Position 6 month contract The Solution Architect will have a leadership role in the Program delivery. They will work with Program and Product management, other stakeholders, change and governance teams and lead the multidisciplinary development team to deliver a solution that meets the business requirements. The development team consists of D365 Functional and Technical and DevSecOps Consultants, testing resources, data resources and technical analysts amongst others.They will need to have expertise in architectural design patterns and your in-depth understanding of Azure Integration, Azure Data, Power Platform, and D365. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor technical teams in designing and developing complex solutions using Azure Integration, Azure Data, Power Platform, and D365, while adhering to architectural design patterns.Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams and stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are designed and implemented to meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and project plans.Establish end-to-end architecture, design patterns and coding standards so that work is done to the highest possible quality and govern through code reviews Ensure all work is thoroughly tested through manual/automated tests, including functional, non- functional, performance and resilienceMentor Technical resource so that they become more effective in their role Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks and libraries to ensure coding standards and practices are aligned to industry standards Present newly development functionality to stakeholders through Software demonstrationsEnsure that solutions are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Participate in the development of proposals and project estimates. Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.Key Skills Essential: Extensive experience with Azure Integration, Azure Data, Power Platform, and D365. Demonstrated experience with: o implementing platform replacement of one or more of core business or business supporting applications o developing architecture documents in a format that technical and non-technical audiences can understando developing architecture in a large portfolio with dependency adjacent projects in various states of delivery o working with technology and business stakeholders and supporting their respective standards, patterns and strategies o ensuring solutions are compliant with security and technology standardso leading and contributing to the development of architectural methods, processes, standards o reviewing architecture designs in a peer or governance format and providing feedback based on quality, risks and alternative options o an Microsoft application landscape including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer , Dataverse and PowerAppso architectural design patterns and best practices, including microservices, event-driven architecture, and serverless computing. o leading and mentoring technical teams in large-scale digital transformation initiatives. o Proven high level negotiation, consultation facilitation and effective written and oral communications skills in a complex Agile program/project environment working with Product Managers, Product Owners and Delivery Teams.o Demonstrated experience in an Agile program/project environment managing Agile software requirements analysis activities, driving backlog refinements and ensuring user story Definition of Ready and Definition of Done requirements are met For a confidential discussion please call Kourtney Dunmall-Mason on 07 3230 0036 or email Reference: 581214 no -- Principals only.
