About the Position Clear is looking for a Senior Designer tjoin our growing team.We are looking for a minimum of 8 years of experience with a substantial foliof type-driven work and art directiona passion for print, digital and signage. Throw in a good dose of fun, laughter and strong communication skills. As a Senior Designer, you are pivotal tforming, supporting and facilitating the ambitious design agenda at Clear. Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will need to"Thave a minimum of 8 years of experience with a portfoliof type-driven design work across brand, print, screen and signage with beautiful art direction experience.Thave a passion for branding, understanding the importance of brand strategy tconceptualise insights intbeautiful brand concepts.We are looking for a designer wh Demonstrate Design best practices. Have a broad knowledge of design. Lead the project from concept through timplementation. Contribute tclient presentations, briefings and workshops. Engage with the initial briefing of a project from the client tthe studio. Understand the design requirements and the intent of the client. Work through a proven process tdefine key insights for the client. Work collaboratively. broadly Liaise with the Creative Services Manager tassist in delivering the project tthe highest possible standard within the timeline and budget. Understand the brief, design and lead creative ideas, work collaboratively, and deliver design excellence. Openly contribute tthe design conversation and dialogue within the studio. Work with other Team members tensure all relationships are maintained and respected. Maintain Clear's brand and good practice across all projects. Positively contribute tthe Clear studiand team culture.Commencement Interviews will commence 1st of July 2022.
