Salary: $80-$95k + Super (dependent on experience) Fulltime on site in Dandenong. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and growth.  Work with our photographer, graphic designer to develop and manage a content marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's voice and values.  Oversee the output of all marketing communications to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to. Work with E-Commerce Director to develop and execute email marketing campaigns and email communications that drive customer retention and sales.  Collaborate with the product development team to create product launches and campaigns that drive sales and engagement.  Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design and renovation trends and marketing trends and share insights with the team.  Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing and branding. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience managing a team of marketing professionals.
