About this role: Our ICT Architecture team are responsible for providing enterprise-wide strategic architecture and technical direction across Queensland Rail. This position will provide technical leadership across the design and delivery of solutions, encompassing multiple technology projects to support strategic business requirements -

• Provide strategic technical leadership to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Queensland Rail’s application portfolio • Develop plans to strategically position and advise Queensland Rail with respect to information management and technologies, ensuring buy in of all key stakeholders• Lead the development of the enterprise strategy, systems capability strategy and architecture competency within Queensland Rail • Develop detailed business cases including information on high-level initiatives and confidently present to all levels including senior leadership and board membersWhat you can bring to the role: We are a diverse organisation, to be successful in this role you must be a collaborative individual, capable of building strong professional relationships. You will be comfortable articulating complex issues to a diverse range of stakeholders with differing requirements and backgrounds. Ideally you will have Enterprise Architecture experience in a large, complex organisation and be TOGAF Certified. You will also have :-• Extensive knowledge of end to end design and delivery of business solutions • Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Architecture in a large complex organization • Knowledge of Standard Operating Environments, life cycle management and emerging trends • Exceptional interpersonal and problemsolving skills• Skilled in assessing and effectively implementing emergent practices and technologies The Information, Communications&Technology team is a great place to work.
