Your new role

This roles is part of the Data Platforms& Team, here you will enable data engineering practice, contribute to the data platform and enable teams to deliver different data products using the platform.

The Data Platforms&Engineering Team at LFS is a group of Software Engineers, Data Architects, Data Analysts, and Project Managers who love solving problems using platform and data product and help build data-driven culture.

Our data platforms enable single customer view and modern Data Lake enabling realtime scalable analytics, reporting and AI / ML capabilities. Our Data products enable organisation wide teams to deliver customer focused outcomes like personalisation, next best offer, collections, fraud detection to name a few.

In this role, you will:

Working with business experts to understand their needs and with engineering teams to define technically excellent solutions Define and deliver end-to-end architecture ensuring well architected principals are implemented Undertake problem diagnosis, analyse, then design enhancements Engaging with engineers to ensure their detailed designs are workable&fit for purpose Develop solutions to enhance cloud data platform to support and deliver different business initiatives like customer origination, single customer profile, Martech integrations Working as a crucial component of a project team responsible for enhancing existing systems or developing new systemsWhat you'll need to succeed Experience with cloud platforms, and understanding of how data architecture is evolving in cloud with technologies like Snowflake, Spark and ML platforms Experience in working in a financial industry and understanding different processes like credit reporting, risk assessmentExperience delivering solutions architecture with the AWS platform Experience with data management concepts and principles and the ability to incorporate the concerns, principles and best practices into all solution decision process Extensive professional experience working in a senior role within an engineering or project environment preferably in a Financial Services industryExcellent knowledge and application of a broad range of skills including software development, systems and enterprise architecture, and interface protocols Experience with master data management products such as Stibo, Informatica Customer 360 What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to Cheska at
