Your new role
In your new role you will see yourself in a well-supported team, surrounded by coaches and SME's who will help you deliver impeccable service in a phone-based front-line role. Some key responsibilities will include:

Providing solutions to customer enquires and giving guidance about insurance products Giving fantastic customer service to all clients over the phone and through email channels Identifying areas where you can educate customers on different insurance products Work to contact centre KPI's and schedules, including targets based on compliance
What you'll need to succeed
This is a collaborative and flexible work place, looking for individuals with the eagerness to learn and grow and a passion for finance or insurance. Some key criteria they would look for is:
Customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre background however extremely flexible to retail and hospitality The ability to work in an in-office based role, with a rotating roster between M-F Full working rights (PR and Citizen only please) Relevant financial services experience or tertiary education is desirable but not necessary
