Hays is proud to partner with the New South Wales Electoral Commission (NSWEC) in preparation for the upcoming NSW State Election.

Play a key role within the community and help to facilitate the democratic process which will determine NSW's future government. This is a unique opportunity to learn new skills, work as part of a team and deliver meaningful work that will shape 's future.

We are looking for a team of passionate individuals to join the Count Centre Team as Housekeepers at the Sydney International Convention Centre.

About the Position:

As a Count Centre Housekeeper this Election, you will be tasked with:

Performing a variety of cleaning activities Refill refreshments Stocktake for ordering Cleaning Light lifting & moving

To be successful in the role, candidates will demonstrate:

Cleaning Light lifting and moving Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a team environment A positive and motivated working attitude.

Eligibility Requirements:

Due to the nature of the roles on offer, applicants must meet the following pre-selection requirements:

To work at an election you need to be an Australian Citizen on the electoral roll Double-vaccinated against Covid-19 Political Neutrality Availability to work full-time casual hours between 20th March through to 16th of April 2023
No previous experience required, training will be provided.

Shifts will commence from 20th March through to 16th of April dependant on position. Please note, applicants that can commit to full-time availability during this period would be viewed favourably.
