Wacker Neuson Pty Ltd is looking for a Customer Service Manager to provide after sales and technical assistance to Wacker Neuson's dealers and customers in . The position is based in Melbourne. The tasks of this role include the following: Being the brand ambassador for agricultural Kramer products, a Wacker Neuson Group brand Plans, manages and analyses after sales services to be provided to dealers and customers Ensuring dealer standards and developing possible action plans to achieve these standards Primary contact and in-field support for the dealers in all sales, service and parts related topics Work in close cooperation with the Sales Department (ASM) to provide necessary dealer data for the preparation of the business plan by the Sales Department Cooperation with the whole After Sales department to ensure a uniform data basis and obtain dealer-specific information from various departments at the company's main factory Evaluation of customer service and vehicle-specific data for structured usage, fault and cause analysis Evaluation of data to detect serial faults from failure data, warranty cases and parts ET movements; provide application and usage advice for the vehicles. Support in handling portals, technical manuals and tools/diagnostic tools. Troubleshooting support - local and decentralised Customer visits with dealer managers if required Support with and the implementation of machine demonstrations Vehicle instructions and vehicle handovers for operation, maintenance and care General support in warranty and spare part cases Prepare traceable documentation of all maintenance and repairs for the internal service departments and the affected dealers Regular coordination with the technical training department for permanent adaptation and updating of the training contents Implementation of technical training courses of different levels and topics to ensure the required dealer standard.
