CUSTOMER  / VARIED ROLE - Eastern Suburbs Melbourne based boutique professional photographic lab providing professional photographic products and services to photographers and fine artists  wide. We are seeking expressions of interest for an enthusiastic and efficient individual for customer service, order packing and despatch. The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:                   
                        
  • Ability to provide high levels of customer service
    •                     
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
    •                     
  • Responsible, organised and professional attitude to work quality
    •                     
  • Ability to work within a small team to achieve the common objectives and goals
    •                     
  • Flexibility to adapt to a varied role
    •                     
  • Experience in the photographic/creative industry
    •                     
  • Knowledge of Australia Post e parcel & Toll priority preferred but not essential
    •                   
Key Responsibilities will include:                  
                        
  • Provide assistance and follow up on customer queries and requests
    •                     
  • Manage order packing and despatch of freight
    •

  • Part time position, 9am-3pm (flexible) Tuesday-Thursday with the potential for growth
