This organisation is currently on the lookout for a L1-2 Technical Support for a permanent opportunity.
Your new role
Providing telephone and email-based pre-sales and post-sales technical support (Level 2) for our software products Investigating issues reported by customers and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues. Planning, prioritising and organising workload, consistently working within standards and agreed objectives Travelling locally and international for events. Creating and assessing Jira Tickets for Level 1 specialists and helping them in triage process Coaching and assisting Level 1 agents to help them in their regular cases and managing their workload
What you'll need to succeed
Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, , Computer Science or a related technical field 4-6 years of relevant experience Solid understanding of the OSI model and computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting) Previous knowledge with Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008/2012 and other technologies (i.e., SQL / Virtual servers) Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile and Blackberry) Sound problem-solving abilities Strong team player (i.e., flexible, hard-working, fast-learner, self-motivated, results oriented) MDM/EMM knowledge or experience is desirable Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives Any other language is highly advantageous (Preferred language is Japanese/ Malay/ Bahasa / Indonesia / Vietnamese)
