Our well known client located in East Gippsland is part of Southern Victoria's agricultural economy who support farmers to generate high quality, fresh and local produce. Our client provides their to a total area of 88,000 square kilometres stretching from to the border. Our client is seeking a determined Customer Service Officer to support their team for a total of 3 months.

Your new role Attend to customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email Note accurate messages and forward to appropriate staff members. Action phone enquiries, post and email information directing customers to their website Front of house office reception Process receipting and daily banking Open, sort and scan incoming mail Register incoming emails and respond to file request General adhoc duties
What you'll need to succeed Exceptional Customer Service skills Outstanding communication skills Administration experience and high attention to detail Effective time management skills Ability to work within a team Demonstrate a can-do attitude
